Another perfect Wales cab ride👏👍 Those Signal Boxes are a lovely sight for any railway enthusiast.

The sound seems to disappear for a couple of minutes between 0:36 and 3:26. Other than the loss of sound, this is another brilliant piece by Mr Davies. Really polished, a real pleasure to watch, it gives a real flavour of the day. Its so nice to watch a video where the content is allowed to breathe and stand on its own two feet, without whizzy graphics and mad transitions! And lovely steady shots - some videos the camera operator seems determined to wave the camera about like a flag!! This video is a breath of fresh air. Well up to Broadcast Quality. My grandfather Thomas Shearer worked on that line as a footplate man in 1930's before it closed.. It Was a proper steam train went all the way down to the main Railway lines then you could stop the train beside the road steps were lowered so you could get on or off ..

Llangollen has done an amazing job at Corwen. £2.4 million, including various grants. Of a standard equal to anything Network Rail can produce for probably £15million. Though diesels are also 'heritage', class 31 from 1958, hopefully GWR steam will soon return. From a 30+ years member, well done all, and good luck be with you, onward. Rich T.

I love these videos but find the background chat very distracting and annoying.

What happened to the original Corwen station, as the buffet was open even after closing a good meal always when travelling.

Good filming of interesting vehicles, delightful countryside and lovely stations, ruined by the rustling of wind (use a "rabbits foot" over the mic) and the irritating northern whitterings of a twerp who endlessly talked about his jacket, and at the end of the film, waffling-on, talking utter cr**! Next time, just shut-up!

Good to see things at Wrexham, I lived there as a child and my grandfather was at Croes Newydd for 45 years, shame there's no trace of it now.

Great to see Christmas trains back again and fare paying passengers in the coaches. This lovely railway has had enough battering over the past two years and we need to all move on now.

A very nice video. When the train approached Deeside Loop on both journeys, the Home signals both displayed a green aspect, with the return journey approach releasing the signal from red. Should they not have displayed a yellow aspect as the Starting signal was at red? Or was the yellow aspect out of use and the signal functioning as a 2 aspect red/green signal only?
